At Cliffside West Los Angeles, we believe that recovery thrives in comfort. Our intimate residences offer personalized, best-in-class treatment in a peaceful and private setting. We ensure your experience is grounded in dignity, confidentiality and compassionate care.
We treat patients in two six-bed homes, ensuring a small milieu. This size is intentional, allowing our team to tailor treatment to each patient’s clinical needs, responsibilities, and goals, and to adjust quickly as those needs change.

Complex treatment may consist of:

Residential care provides a supportive environment that combines individual therapy, group sessions, psychiatric support, and case management, all within a home-like setting that accommodates just six patients. On average, our detox and residential programs last over 30 days, allowing you time to stabilize and develop a robust recovery plan.

Discharge planning starts right from day one. Your case manager dedicates at least an hour each week to develop a personalized plan with you, linking you to reliable outpatient providers, sober living homes, and medical professionals in Los Angeles or wherever you call home across the country. Together, we’re setting you up for success.
If you’re struggling with a drug or alcohol addiction or battling a co-occurring disorder, we have the experts to help you on your healing journey.
The small patient-to-staff ratio in our secure and supportive setting means your therapist has time to know your history, your goals, and the people in your life who matter to your recovery.
We also accept most other insurance plans on an out-of-network basis and offer private pay options. Shared and private rooms are available, and patients using insurance can choose to secure a private room for their full stay. Cliffside West LA is in network with: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, ComPsych, and TriWest.
For veterans: As an in-network TriWest provider, we work with eligible veterans through the VA Community Care Network.

Our alumni coordinator keeps patients connected long after treatment ends:
1
Our concierge admissions team is available 24/7 and responds to every message the same day.
2
We check insurance benefits and walk our patients through treatment options and program preferences.
3
One admissions specialist stays with our patients from the first call to admission. They'll explain what to bring and share needs with the treatment team, from dietary and mobility needs to leave-of-absence or FMLA paperwork.
4
Our patients arrive to a team that already knows their needs and is ready to help them settle in comfortably.

Whether you’re seeking care for yourself or someone you love, our admissions team is here 24/7 to answer your questions, verify your insurance, and help you begin treatment as soon as you’re ready.
